Those lucky enough to attend Round 83 tonight at 7pm at the Fremont Abbey are in for a treat. It has been almost two years since Damien Jurado played The Round (Round 62) and to not disappoint, he has Jonathan Russell of The Head & The Heart fame and Katie Costello of Pretty Broken Things in tow. This event will also play host to slam poets and live painters. Naturally, with these locals riding high on their recent albums, the show sold out quickly, but if you’re interested in joining the festivities — according to Brown Paper Tickets website — the good folks at The Melodic Caring Project will be webcasting the show live on Ustream.
